We've made it easier than ever to manage your calendar and video conferencing integrations with a new, streamlined process. Our latest update introduces a prominent banner alert system and an in-page resolution flow to address integration issues immediately, saving you precious time and effort.

How to Use the Reconnect Flow

Notice the Alert

Look out for an alert banner at the top of your screen when any of your integrations become disconnected. The banner will read: "Urgent: Calendar / Video Conferencing integrations are disconnected" and will stay visible across all modules until the issue is resolved.

Take Action

• Click on the "Fix This" button within the alert banner.
• A popup will appear, identifying any disconnected integrations.
• Simply find your disconnected integration(s) and click the "Reconnect" button next to it.

Reconnect

Once you initiate the reconnection, you'll be guided through a quick authentication flow right on the page. No additional clicks or navigation are required, ensuring your calendar integrity is restored in no time.
