Previously, while enabling the "Contact Form" option in the Live Chat widget, users could bypass form submission by directly typing into the message box. Our update rectifies this by enforcing the following enhancements:
Seamless Re-entry for Returning Visitors: Visitors with ongoing chats now automatically re-enter the chat without needing to re-submit their contact details. This smooth transition maintains the flow of the conversation even after a brief interruption.
Restarting Conversations: If a previous chat session has ended or been deleted, the contact form will be presented again. This ensures that new interactions have the latest and most accurate contact information.
Continuous Engagement: Sessions persist through page refreshes, which eliminates the risk of losing messages. Your conversations can continue without interruption, providing a seamless visitor experience.
