When an account is deleted, all associated data, including products, categories, posts, attached files, videos, audios, and course materials, will be automatically removed after 60 days. This step aims to prevent outdated data from persisting indefinitely, enhancing system performance and adhering to data retention guidelines.

It's important to note that the data deletion process can be reversed if the account is restored within the 60-day period by our support team. However, once the 60-day window closes, the data will be permanently deleted and cannot be recovered.
In case an account was deleted in error, or if retaining the associated products and data is necessary, we strongly advise contacting our support team before the 60-day deletion deadline. Post the 60 days, all related data will be definitively removed from our system.
This update is designed to boost system efficiency, enhance data management, and ensure compliance with data retention policies. It also offers a recovery period to safeguard against accidental deletions, providing you with peace of mind.
