Smarter Empty States with Clear Guidance
- We’ve introduced captivating empty state illustrations across the Calendar Settings, Groups tab, and Appointments List View.
- These visuals provide helpful context and clear guidance such as “Create your first calendar” to smoothly lead users forward, eliminating confusion.
- In the Appointments List, if no appointments are present, users are encouraged to book their first test appointment, promoting proactive engagement.
Simplified Calendar Group Setup
- Historically, creating a group and adding calendars involved multiple steps and context-switching.
- Now, post-group creation, users are immediately guided to add calendars to that group with bulk selection options, saving time, and removing complexity.
- Additionally, when managing calendars, users can easily see which group each calendar belongs to, enhancing transparency in group management.
Key Actions Made More Accessible
- We have surfaced critical actions such as Edit, Share, and Troubleshoot directly on the Calendar Settings page, minimizing the need to search in the menu.
- All secondary actions are now consolidated into the menu, offering a cleaner, more focused user interface.
