Business Hours Feature
- You can now configure your operational hours, allowing you to tailor invoice reminders to suit your schedule and ensure timely communication with your customers.
Time Zone Preferences
- Choose between using the customer's time zone or your business's time zone for all reminders. This added flexibility ensures that reminders are sent at the right time, no matter where your customers are located.
Automatic Application to Future Invoices
- Once enabled, these settings will automatically apply to all future invoices, saving you time and effort in managing your due dates and reminders effectively.
How to Use?
Step-by-Step Configuration

Navigate to Invoice Settings > Reminders.

Enable Reminders and Add Business Hours
Customize your reminders by setting operational hours that align with your business needs.

Set Time Zone Preference
- Select either the "Customer Time Zone" or "Business Time Zone" based on what best suits your invoicing strategy. By default, this is set to the Business Time Zone.
- Apply to Invoices
- Once reminders are toggled on, all future invoices will automatically adhere to your configured settings, ensuring seamless reminder management.
