We understand that managing multiple Shopify integrations can be challenging, especially when you have more than one account. Previously, users faced difficulties identifying if their Shopify store was linked to a different account. For example, if an individual, X, had integrated their Shopify store with one account and wanted to link the same store to another account, it wasn’t possible because the store was already connected elsewhere.
To address this issue, we have introduced a new feature that makes it easier to manage your Shopify integrations. Now, when you enter your Access Token and Shopify store name, the system will check if the store is already integrated with a different account. If the store is already linked, you will have the option to remove the existing integration and re-integrate the store with your desired account, ensuring a seamless experience.
