Sub Account Affiliate Manager: Bank Payouts for Affiliates

We're excited to introduce a new feature that enhances flexibility and convenience for both businesses and affiliates. The addition of Bank Payouts as a payment method offers affiliates more options in managing their earnings, directly from their portal.

What's New?

• New Bank Payout Method: Affiliates can now choose to receive payments via bank transfers, adding another layer of flexibility.
• Primary Payout Method Selection: Affiliates have the ability to select their preferred payment method, whether it's through PayPal or bank transfer.
• Affiliate Portal Update: Affiliates are now empowered to add and manage payout details and seamlessly adjust their payment preferences.

How It Works

Adding Bank as a Payout Method

1. Navigate to your Affiliate Profile.
2. Locate the Payout Methods tab and switch over.
3. Click "Add Payout Method."
4. Choose between PayPal or Bank Transfer.
5. If Bank is selected, specify the country.
6. Input the required bank details for the chosen country.
7. Click 'Save' to implement changes.
8. Multiple payout methods can be entered, allowing affiliates to set one as Primary via the three-dot menu.

Paying Affiliates via Bank Transfer

1. Approve all payouts eligible for payment.
2. Switch to the Approved Payouts tab.
3. Opt to pay affiliates individually or via bulk selection.
4. Select Pay, then download the payment CSV file.
5. Adjust the CSV format as needed to align with your payment platform.
6. Upload to your payment platform to initiate payouts.
7. Post-payment, click "Mark as Paid."
8. Should any payments fail, return and mark them as unpaid.

For Affiliates

• A new "Payout Methods" tab allows affiliates to efficiently manage and update payout details.
• Affiliates can also upload necessary tax forms directly from the portal.
