The Challenge
Previously, segmenting contacts after a campaign required pre-planned tagging or additional workflows that could be cumbersome and time-consuming. Our new feature addresses this challenge by allowing quick segmentation right from the statistics page.
What’s New?
- Tag by Interaction: Effortlessly add tags to contacts based on their interaction—whether they opened or clicked your campaign email—directly from the campaign statistics page.
- Auto-Tag Future Interactions: Set up your system to automatically tag all future interactions like opens and clicks, ensuring your list segmentation stays dynamic and up-to-date.
- Trackable Logs: Easily access logs for tagged contacts directly in the statistics page, giving you a full overview of your tag usage and contact interactions.

- Instant Segmentation: Refine your campaigns with better personalization and targeting by segmenting contacts instantly right after they engage.
- Automated Tagging: As new contacts interact with your campaigns, they’re automatically tagged, ensuring your marketing efforts adapt and remain effective without manual intervention.
- Easy Tracking: Keep track of tagging activities through Tags and Bulk Actions, allowing for multi-tagging, which enhances targeting strategies.

How to Implement
- Navigate to Marketing → Email Campaigns.
- Access the statistics of a sent campaign via the 3-dot menu.
- Click Load More and scroll to find sections like Opened or Clicked to select contacts and add tags.
- For auto-tagging future activities, select All, click Add Tags, and enable Auto-Tagging.

Important Considerations
- Future auto-tagging is not available for Skipped contacts.
- All bulk actions, except for future auto-tagging, are logged under Bulk Actions.
- When enabling future auto-tagging, make sure to select all contacts.
