This feature allows you to filter and review test calls side by side with your live interactions, offering greater insight and efficient management of your communication strategies.

  • Enhanced Call Management: With this update, you can now keep test call activities separate from live production calls, or you can choose to filter and analyze them together. This flexibility improves the overall organization and tracking of your communication efforts.
  • Increased Visibility: This feature brings improved visibility into test call recordings and transcripts, ensuring you have detailed oversight over both test and live call data.

  • Call Type Filter: The new single-select dropdown allows users to choose between viewing Test Calls, Live Calls, or Both, providing more tailored insights according to your needs.
  • Universal Availability: The filter is available across all agents' dashboard logs and agent-specific logs, making it easier for all team members to utilize this enhancement.
  • Test Call Logs in Voice AI Dashboard: Test calls now come with full recordings and transcripts available for review, helping you understand and refine your communication flow. Please note that test calls remain excluded from dashboard metrics.
