We are excited to introduce a new feature that adds timezone abbreviations for appointment start and end times. This enhancement is designed to improve clarity and reduce confusion regarding the exact timezone associated with an appointment.
Our system includes two timezone settings: the user’s timezone and the business’s timezone. This often leads to confusion among users, as it can be unclear whether an appointment time is referencing their local timezone or the business’s timezone.
With this enhancement, we eliminate any ambiguity about which timezone an appointment time refers to. For example, if a business operates in CST but a user is in PST, you’ll now see clear indications like ’10:00 am to 10:30 am CST’ or ’08:00 am to 08:30 am PST’ next to the appointment time.
You will see the timezone abbreviations in the following sections:
This improvement ensures that you always know the exact timezone associated with an appointment, enhancing the effectiveness of your scheduling and communication.
We’ll continue to bring updates that provide clear, meaningful enhancements to your experience. Be sure to check out our other recent updates on our Product Updates page.
