This process is essential to ensure compliance and streamline SMS-based interactions for your business. Below, we detail the new verification steps to guide you through this update.
Location of Verification:
To begin the verification process, navigate to the account settings by selecting Phone Numbers
and then Manage Numbers
. Here, you will notice a “Verification Required” icon. Clicking on this icon initiates the verification flow and guides you through the process.
Finally, specify your messaging use case. This ensures that your toll-free number is used appropriately and in line with our guidelines and regulations.
Upon completing these steps, your application will be submitted for approval.
Once submitted, you can monitor the progress of your verification application back in the Manage Numbers
section within account settings.
Typically, verification is completed within approximately three business days. However, please be aware that processing times may occasionally be extended. We appreciate your patience and understanding as we ensure your toll-free numbers are verified successfully.
