This process is essential to ensure compliance and streamline SMS-based interactions for your business. Below, we detail the new verification steps to guide you through this update.

Initial Verification Screen

Location of Verification:
To begin the verification process, navigate to the account settings by selecting Phone Numbers and then Manage Numbers. Here, you will notice a “Verification Required” icon. Clicking on this icon initiates the verification flow and guides you through the process.

Detailed Verification Steps

  1. Business and Authorized Representative Information:
    The first step involves entering details about your business and the authorized representative, ensuring that all information is accurate and up-to-date.

    The second screen requests your business address. Please provide the official address registered with your business to avoid any delays in verification.

  3. Messaging Use Case:

Finally, specify your messaging use case. This ensures that your toll-free number is used appropriately and in line with our guidelines and regulations.

Upon completing these steps, your application will be submitted for approval.
