We are excited to announce a new enhancement designed to give group admins better control over their course content visibility—introducing Private Channel-Based Course Access! This feature empowers your group by letting you tailor course access precisely to specific audiences.

What’s New?

With this update, you can set any course's visibility to "Private Channel," ensuring that only selected private channel members can access the content. This means a more refined and secure learning experience for your community members.

How It Works

• Edit Course: Navigate to the Edit Course modal and select the Private Channel visibility option.
• Select Channels: Choose the private channels you want the course to be accessible to.
• Exclusive Access: Only members of the chosen channels can view and engage with the course content.
• Visibility Tag: Admins will easily identify these courses with a new tag indicating Private-channel based access.

This feature ensures members outside the designated channels cannot even see the course unless they are granted access, enhancing content security and exclusivity.

Use Cases

This new feature is perfect for a variety of needs, including:

• Offering premium content exclusively to paid or private groups.
• Running training sessions meant only for moderators or specific members.
• Restricting access to internal materials or early beta content for select users.

Try It Out

To explore this new feature, head over to the Learning tab, select Edit Course, and opt for Private Channel visibility. Remember, only admins or owners have the ability to modify these settings.
