This update is aimed at enhancing your interaction with Execution Logs and Enrollment History, providing a more robust and insightful experience. Users can now easily troubleshoot workflow issues, gaining deeper insights through these enhanced features.
We have introduced a more intuitive "Go To" action, allowing users to check action configurations directly within the logs. If adjustments are needed, an "Edit" button will guide you to the builder for seamless changes.
Navigating between Execution Logs, Enrollment History, and the Builder is now more straightforward. Previously, using actions like "See Contact Path" or "View Contact History" reset your filters. Now, a back button replaces the "Back to Builder" option, retaining your filters as you move back.
To enhance clarity, a tooltip has been added to the date filter, informing users that only 30 days of data is available.
Enrollment History now includes an 'Enrollment Reason,' available for new enrollments starting April 1st onwards. This addition is intended to streamline understanding of enrollment specifics.
To aid in debugging, assignments and conditions are now identified by names rather than IDs in the "Assign To User" and "If-Else Actions" within View Details of Execution Logs.
The character limit for GPT responses in View Details has been expanded from 100 to 2000 characters. A new "View More" button has also been introduced for extended content display.
An issue where the contact filter was not applied beyond the first page of Execution Logs and Enrollment History has been resolved, ensuring consistent and accurate filtering.
These updates are designed to streamline user interaction and facilitate a clearer understanding of workflow processes. We're confident these changes will enhance the debugging and navigation experience.
