  • Navigate to Email Marketing: Access this by going to Marketing > Email Marketing in your account dashboard.

  • Create or Edit Your Email: Start a new email campaign or modify an existing template.

  • Adjust Visibility Settings: Select any email element and navigate to the Visibility tab to enable conditional visibility.

  • Set Conditions: Set up the conditions based on contact attributes, such as single line text, numbers, radio selections, and dropdown selections.

  • Quick Condition Setting: For a faster setup, click on the Conditional Element icon found in the element overlay action.
