We’ve heard your feedback and are thrilled to announce some beneficial updates to our Outlook 2-Way Sync feature!

Introducing Inbound Email Sync for Existing Contacts

Forget tedious manual updates! Now, when you’ve connected your 2-way sync, your inbound emails from any existing contact are automatically synced directly to our CRM. This means that all your crucial conversations are automatically logged, ensuring you always have the most recent communication at your fingertips.

Effortlessly Import New Contacts with Auto BCC Sync

Additionally, we’re introducing a handy way to keep your contact list growing. You can now import new contacts into our CRM while sending emails from Outlook. This is made possible through a unique ‘Auto BCC’ address you’ll find under the account settings in the ‘My Profile’ section.

This email address is specific to each user’s email and location. By adding this ‘Auto BCC’ address to the CC or BCC field when sending an email in Outlook, you can effortlessly create a new contact and add the conversation to our CRM.

Please note: This new feature can currently be accessed via Labs. We’re dedicated to making our platform more intuitive and user-friendly, and we hope these new features make your experience even smoother. Whether it’s managing existing contacts or bringing in new ones, these new features surely enhance productivity!
