We are thrilled to announce that we've upgraded our invoice payments system to support Apple Pay and Google Pay. This exciting update enhances the payment experience by offering seamless, secure, and faster payment options to our customers. Read on to find out how this update benefits you.
The card element in our invoice system has been replaced with a dynamic payment element capable of displaying Google Pay and Apple Pay options. This change is dependent on factors like the customer's country, browser, and activated Google/Apple wallets.
With this new update, Google Pay and Apple Pay are now available for use with Stripe Connect for invoice payments. There is no need to toggle anything on the integrations page as the support is already built-in for your convenience.
No changes have been made to the transaction reporting process. Triggers and payment recording for invoices will remain the same, ensuring your information is always up-to-date and accurate.
Both Apple Pay and Google Pay are compatible with one-time charges and recurring billing. This makes it easy for your customers to complete payments regardless of their preferred payment method.
To provide a smooth experience with Apple Pay, we will automatically register the domain used for hosting invoices from the business Stripe account. This ensures that your customers can easily access their Apple Wallet to complete their payments.
Please note that this feature is exclusively available with Stripe and not with other payment providers. We continue to focus on providing the best user experience and integrations with multiple platforms to cater to a diverse range of customer needs.
We hope you find this update helpful and that it provides a better payment experience for both you and your customers. Should you have any questions, please don't hesitate to contact us.
