We are excited to announce a significant enhancement to user-level permissions that will give your administrative team more control and flexibility. You can now manage visibility and access to Forms, Surveys, Quizzes, and QR Codes based on user roles. This improvement is designed to optimize how your teams interact with these essential tools.

Key Highlights

Role-Based Visibility:
Admins can now specify which roles have access to view or manage Forms, Surveys, Quizzes, and QR Codes. This ensures that users only see and work with tools that are relevant to their roles, leading to a more efficient workflow.

Centralized Management:
Adjusting permissions is simple and can be done by navigating to My Staff > Edit or Manage Team > Roles & Permissions. This centralized system makes it easy to implement changes across your team.

Granular Control:
You can toggle each module ON/OFF individually, assigning specific view/manage rights to ensure precise control over access levels.

Cleaner UI:
By limiting access to relevant tools, the user interface is streamlined, reducing clutter and allowing team members to focus on their tasks without distractions.

How It Works

Managing permissions is straightforward:

1. Navigate to Settings > My Staff.
2. Select the team member you wish to edit.
3. Toggle access to Forms, Surveys, Quizzes, or QR Codes.
4. Check/uncheck "View & manage" boxes to define the access level.
5. Click Save to apply the changes.

With these adjustments, each user’s dashboard will dynamically adapt to reflect the permissions set by the admin, ensuring no unnecessary tools are displayed.
