User Permissions Update: Control Who Can Export Payments Data

Great news for businesses who use Leads-365. We’re excited to announce a new permission update that will further enhance how you manage your data security.

What’s New

Now, you as a business administrator, can have more granular control over which users are able to export payment data as a CSV from their account. This applies when exporting invoices, transactions, or even subscription data.

This update will undoubtedly add an extra layer of security and ensure that sensitive financial data is accessed by only those who you have trusted with that responsibility.

Here’s a snapshot of the new permission toggle:

Importance of this feature

We understand that not every user in your account may need access to export sensitive payments data. To address this, we have made it possible for you to configure who has permission to export this data and who does not.

This new user permission toggle is turned on by default, meaning all users will retain their permissions to export data unless you decide otherwise.

This feature is designed to help you maintain better control over your data and increase the security of sensitive information.
