✨ Overview
We're excited to announce that appointment booking is now available in our Voice AI functionality. This new feature streamlines scheduling by allowing AI agents to automatically offer and confirm meeting slots based on predefined rules, eliminating the need for separate workflows or booking links. The AI agent will also prompt for a contact’s email if it is missing before proceeding with the booking.
To enable this feature, navigate to Settings > Labs > Enable Appointment Booking for Voice AI.
🔍 What’s New?
- Calendar Selection: You can now choose which calendar the AI agent will use for booking.
- Days of Offering Dates: Set the number of consecutive days for which slots will be offered (e.g., 3 days).
- Appointment Slots Per Day: Define the maximum number of slots available per day (e.g., 3 slots).
- Hours Between Slots: Specify the gap between appointments in hours (e.g., 3 hours).
Please note that if the contact’s email is missing, the AI will prompt them to provide it before proceeding with the booking.
