Enhancements in Voice Call Fraud Prevention
To help prevent voice call fraud, we’ve introduced robust measures that will streamline your calling experience while ensuring security:
- Suspicious User Blocking: Users identified as suspicious are now blocked from making calls, ensuring a safer communication environment for everyone involved.
- Simultaneous Call Limitation: A limit of two simultaneous calls can now be made to a single phone number from the same account. This will help prevent overuse and potential fraud.
Bug Fixes for Enhanced Call Reliability
Our team has addressed several bugs to improve your experience and ensure smooth operations:
- Voicemail Audio File Validation: Only supported file types can be used for Voicemail audio. Previously, uploading invalid audio formats could cause some calls to fail.

- User Removal from Accounts: Users removed from an account will no longer receive calls from that account. This resolves previous issues where removed users still received calls.
