We are excited to announce the launch of our latest feature: WhatsApp Contact Name Pre-Fill. This new functionality is designed to make your communication processes more efficient by automatically filling in the name of unknown WhatsApp contacts when they reach out to your business.
When an unknown contact messages your business via WhatsApp, their contact name will now be automatically pre-filled with the name from their WhatsApp profile. This includes both their first and last names, provided the contact is not already saved in your CRM.
When an inbound message is received from an unknown contact on WhatsApp, their first and last names will be automatically populated in your CRM. This streamlines your contact management process by ensuring that new contacts are accurately and quickly identified, reducing time and effort on manual entry.
Additionally, we’re introducing a new WhatsApp onboarding screen to enhance your onboarding experience. This screen provides a clear, user-friendly interface to help you integrate WhatsApp functionality into your workflow efficiently.
