WhatsApp: Schedule Send and Phone Number UI Enhancement

We are excited to introduce the new WhatsApp Schedule Send feature to enhance your business communication strategy. This feature allows scheduling both template and free-form WhatsApp messages for future dates and times, ensuring timely delivery tailored to your customers’ needs.

What’s New?

  1. Schedule WhatsApp Template Messages
    You can now schedule WhatsApp template messages to be sent at a time that works best for your customers.
  2. Schedule Free-Form WhatsApp Messages
    Free-form messages can also be scheduled for future delivery during an open Customer Service Window.
  3. Tailored Message Scheduling

Schedule messages at times that align with your customers’ preferences, ensuring better engagement and communication.

How It Works:

  1. Navigate to Conversations.
  2. Select the contact and choose WhatsApp.
  3. Select the template you want to send.
  4. Click on the button next to send.
  5. Choose the date and time to send the message and click on Send Schedule.

    Note: For free-form WhatsApp messages, you can schedule messages up to 24 hours from the last inbound message received from the customer.

Revamped UI for the Phone Numbers Tab

We’ve revamped the UI for the Phone Numbers tab under WhatsApp, making it more intuitive and user-friendly for businesses to manage their messaging. You can now:

  1. View Messaging Limits
    Easily see how many customers can be messaged within 24 hours.
  2. Access New Tooltips
    Get insights into phone number status, display name, messaging limits, and phone number quality.
