We’re thrilled to announce our latest update to our Mobile Apps, introducing WhatsApp media templates! Account admins and users will now be able to use WhatsApp media templates inside their conversations. The supported media types are images, videos, text, files, and locations. This update is available on our Mobile Apps, including our white-labeled versions upon request.

👷‍♂️ How It Works

1. Open the mobile app with your preferred account selected.
2. Navigate to the conversations section and head over to an existing conversation or start a new WhatsApp conversation.
3. You can add text, images, videos, files, and locations to your message.
4. Once you have your content finalized, you’re good to send it!
