Why is the website included?
The launch website is part of the Startup and Professional offer. Startup ($97/month) includes 5 pages; Professional ($297/month) includes up to 10. There is no separate build fee for that scope. Availability and delivery timing depend on our team’s capacity, so confirm a schedule with us first.
Who owns the site, and what happens if I cancel?
The site is built for your business and runs on your SMBcrm account, with hosting included while your subscription is active. If you cancel, the hosted site ends with the plan. Refund eligibility and exclusions are set out in the legal terms.
Do I have to write the website content myself?
No. Right after checkout we'll email you a short request for the basics: what you do, your services, your service area, and photos if you have them. Our team shapes that into the pages included with your plan, and you get one round of changes to make it sound exactly like you.
What if I already have a website or domain?
Your domain stays yours, and we'll connect it to your new site at launch. If you have an old website, the new build replaces it. We don't migrate old sites page-for-page (that's a custom quote), but you're welcome to reuse any content you like in the details you send us.
Is it just a template?
