A client portal

Start with the experience
Make the next step
easy to find.
A course library, a community home, or a place for client resources. Begin with one client journey and check it from sign-in to completion.
Describe the client experience
Start with who the portal serves and what clients need to find. Set the visual direction with a prompt and reference images.
Refine the pages
Adjust the layout through conversation and visual edits. Review versions or restore an earlier version as you work.
Check access and publish
Review navigation, test client permissions, and connect your custom domain before launching the web portal.
Connected to your portal
Your resources, in a
custom client experience.
Courses and communities
Bring supported learning and community experiences into the design. Existing enrollment and permission rules still govern access.
Invoices, contracts, and estimates
Bring existing client documents into the portal so customers can find them alongside the rest of their account.
Bookings, messages, and files
Include the appointments, conversations, and shared resources clients need to keep working with your business.
Web portal submissions
Collect the details.
Keep them in the CRM.
Use a web portal for applications, service requests, or inquiries that need their own record. AI proposes the custom objects and fields; you decide whether to create them.
Review the proposed structure
- Fields, dropdown choices, and record relationships
- Existing objects that could be reused
- Which records each client can see
Test a sample submission and the visibility rules before inviting customers. Custom object limits still apply.
Web available now
Launch your web portal.
Native apps are coming soon.
Build and publish a web portal on your custom domain. Clients can use your branded interface to reach the resources and account information you have made available to them.

Native iOS and Android apps are coming soon. The current beta supports web portals, including publishing to a custom domain. Confirm native app availability before planning an app-store launch.
