Connect SMBcrm to Zapier
Our Zapier app is private, so searching for it inside Zapier finds nothing until you have accepted the invite. The link below adds it to your account.
Add the SMBcrm app to your Zapier account
One click adds SMBcrm to whichever Zapier account you're signed in to. You only ever need to do this once per Zapier account, and it doesn't give anyone access to your CRM data on its own.
Accept the Zapier inviteOpens zapier.com in a new tab. You need to be signed in to Zapier, and a free Zapier account is enough to accept.
Connecting your account
Five steps, start to finish. Nothing here needs a developer.
-
Step 1: Accept the invite
Sign in to Zapier first, then open the invite link. Zapier confirms that SMBcrm has been added to your account. If you manage more than one Zapier login, check which one you are signed in to before you click, because the invite applies only to that account.
-
Step 2: Start a Zap and search for SMBcrm
In Zapier, choose Create, then Zap. Search for SMBcrm in your trigger or action step. It shows up now that the invite is on your account. If it still doesn't, check the troubleshooting section below.
-
Step 3: Connect your SMBcrm account
Select Sign in. A branded SMBcrm window opens. Sign in with the same credentials you use at app.smbcrm.com, then pick the sub-account you want Zapier to work with. Each sub-account is its own connection, so run this step again for every one you need.
-
Step 4: Choose your trigger or action
Triggers start a Zap when something happens in SMBcrm, like a new contact or a submitted form. Actions let another app write into SMBcrm. The full list of what the app supports is shown inside Zapier once you're connected.
-
Step 5: Test it, then turn it on
Zapier pulls a recent record from your sub-account to test against, so it helps to have at least one contact or form submission there already. When the test passes, publish the Zap.
Common ways people wire it up
Your exact triggers and actions are listed inside Zapier once the connection is live. These are the patterns that come up most often.
New contact to a spreadsheet
Send every new SMBcrm contact to a Google Sheet your team already works out of.
Form submission to team chat
Post new form submissions into a Slack or Microsoft Teams channel so nobody waits on an email.
Event registration into the CRM
Create the contact and start a follow-up workflow as soon as someone registers on an outside platform.
Paid invoice back to the contact record
Tag or update a contact in SMBcrm when an invoice is marked paid in your accounting tool.
Pipeline change to a project tool
Open an onboarding project in Asana, Trello, or ClickUp when an opportunity moves to won.
Spreadsheet rows into contacts
Create or update contacts from a list that somebody else on the team maintains.
Check the native integrations first
More than 40 apps connect to SMBcrm directly, without Zapier in the middle. Those sync two ways in real time and use none of your Zapier task quota, so they're the better choice wherever one exists. Browse native integrations.
