Affiliate Commission Splits Now Support 3 Promoters
SMBcrm affiliate commission splits have been improved to support more flexible attribution when more than one promoter contributes to the same customer.
What changed
- Commissions can now be automatically split across up to 3 promoters when multiple affiliates contribute to the same customer.
- When a customer downgrades, commission splits are recalculated based on actual affiliate contribution so commissions continue to reflect who contributed to the customer’s current plan.
Lead eligibility
This applies to new leads and existing leads that do not already have commission splits. A migration for existing records that require 3-way splits is planned next.
