Ask AI Mobile Chat History Now Shows Your Chats Only
Ask AI chat history in the SMBcrm Mobile app now loads per user. When you open Chat history, you see only the conversations you started, not chats opened by other teammates in the same account.
This brings mobile behavior in line with the web experience and helps teams use SMBcrm AI features with clearer separation between users.
What Changed
Previously, when multiple users in an account used Ask AI on mobile, chat history could show everyone’s sessions for that account. That made it harder to find your own threads and created privacy concerns for shared team accounts.
Now, Ask AI history on mobile is filtered to the logged-in user. The list also refreshes automatically when you switch accounts or sign in as a different user.

- Each teammate sees only their own Ask AI conversations.
- Users can find past chats faster without scrolling through other sessions.
- Teams can use Ask AI on mobile with better chat history separation.
- Chat history reloads correctly when the account or signed-in user changes.
How to Use It
- Open Ask AI from the floating action button, home screen, or dashboard.
- Tap the history icon in the Ask AI header to open Chat history.
- Select one of your past sessions to continue the conversation.

Good to Know
- This change applies to the Chat history list only.
- It does not affect live chat or new messages.
- Each logged-in user sees sessions tied to their user in the current account.

- If the account or user context is not ready yet, the app shows an empty list rather than a partial or incorrect history.
