Better Meta Ad Campaign Validation in Ad Manager
SMBcrm now checks Meta ad campaigns for key setup issues before submission in Ad Manager. The update gives clearer errors, blocks campaigns with unresolved required issues, and improves publishing status messages.
What changed
When you click Publish, Ad Manager runs validation before campaign submission. If required information is missing or invalid, SMBcrm shows an error indicator in the campaign builder and helps you jump to the section or field that needs attention.


This makes the publishing flow for Meta campaigns more reliable within SMBcrm’s lead capture tools.
How errors are handled
- Required setup issues are flagged before the campaign is submitted.
- Clicking an error points you to the relevant section or field.
- Error messages are clearer about what needs to be fixed.
- Campaigns with blocking errors are not submitted until the issues are resolved.
- A publishing progress modal appears while setup is being processed.
- You can continue publishing in the background while processing continues.
- Success and failure messages more clearly explain the final publishing status.


Availability notes
This validation enhancement is currently available for Meta campaigns only. After successful submission, campaigns may still receive platform-level review outcomes from Meta for policy compliance.
