Carrier Fee Pricing Update for AT&T and Verizon
SMBcrm is updating certain messaging carrier fees to reflect carrier cost changes and support continued message deliverability.
Effective Dates
- April 1, 2026: AT&T carrier fee updates
- May 1, 2026: Verizon carrier fee increases
AT&T Carrier Fee Updates
Effective April 1, 2026, the following rates are changing for standard and toll-free numbers:
- SMS, outbound and inbound: $0.0030 to $0.0035
- MMS, outbound and inbound: $0.0075 to $0.0090
Verizon Carrier Fee Updates
Effective May 1, 2026, the following rates are changing:
- Outbound SMS for toll-free numbers: $0.0040 to $0.0045
- Outbound MMS for standard and toll-free numbers: $0.0065 to $0.0070
This applies to U.S. messaging traffic on the Verizon network.
Why This Is Changing
These pricing changes come directly from downstream carriers in response to changing delivery costs across telecom networks.
