The View required fixes modal now gives guidance based on whether an A2P campaign was registered through Chat Widget (Quick Setup) or Manual Setup. Previously, it showed generic carrier guidance that could direct Chat Widget users to change fields or consent wording they had not written.
For common rejection reasons, the modal now explains what happened and lists steps for the relevant setup method. Where carriers require specific wording, such as for privacy policy verification, the guidance includes the required statement. It also identifies cases where resubmitting alone will not help, such as a business type mismatch.
If a rejection involves something generated by the platform, such as the chat widget’s consent wording, the guidance points you to support instead of asking you to change it yourself. These changes make it easier to identify the appropriate next step for an A2P campaign in SMBcrm communication tools.
