Custom Modal Height for Form, Survey, and Quiz Embeds
SMBcrm has improved the embed experience for forms, surveys, and quizzes by adding more control over modal sizing and making builder actions more reliable while content loads.
What changed
You can now set a custom modal height for these embed types:
- Popup
- Polite Slide-in
- Sticky Sidebar
This helps embedded forms, surveys, and quizzes fit more naturally on host pages instead of appearing too tall or too small.
Preview, Integrate, and Save are also disabled until the builder fully loads. This helps prevent clicks that do not take effect while the form, survey, or quiz is still loading.
How to use it
- Open a form, survey, or quiz in the builder.
- Wait for the builder to finish loading.
- Click Integrate.
- Select Embed Code.
- Choose Popup, Polite Slide-in, or Sticky Sidebar.
- Enter a value in Modal height.
- Copy and use the updated embed code.
Existing embeds continue to work the same way unless a modal height is added.
Why it matters
This update gives you more control over how lead capture experiences appear on your site. It also helps reduce confusion by preventing builder actions from being clicked before the builder is ready.
