Customize Quiz Results by Category
SMBcrm now gives you more control over personality-style quiz result pages by letting you customize content for each individual category.
This helps you create more personalized results while making the setup process easier to manage.
What Changed
You can now customize result content for each category in a quiz, including:
- Text
- Images
- Videos
- CTA text
- Links
This works for both highest-scoring and lowest-scoring category results.
The first category can also act as a default template for the rest, which can reduce repetitive setup when multiple categories use similar result content.
How to Access It
- Open the Quiz Builder.
- Go to Customize Result Page.
- In the left panel, select + Add Section.
- Choose Individual Category from the section picker.
- Select the new Individual Category section in the left panel.
- Choose the category you want to edit.
- Use Display Category to choose whether the content applies to the highest score or lowest score.
- Customize the category content, including text, images, videos, CTA text, and links.
Why It Matters
This improvement makes personality quiz results feel more specific to each outcome. It also helps reduce setup time by allowing one category to serve as a starting point for others.
