The Email AI Editor (Labs) lets you describe an email in plain language and generate a complete design. It automatically applies your Brand Board logo and colors, with several ways to refine the result.
What You Can Create and Edit
Use this addition to SMBcrm’s AI features to start from your own prompt or a suggested idea, such as welcoming subscribers, launching a product, or sharing a newsletter update.
- Complete email design: Generate a hero image, headline, benefit sections, testimonial, calls to action, and footer in one pass.
- Brand styling: Apply your Brand Board automatically, including your logo and brand colors.
- Personalization: Add merge fields such as
{{contact.first_name}}. - Chat-based changes: Request a color change and update buttons, labels, accents, and backgrounds across the email.
- Code view: Edit the email’s HTML alongside a live preview.
- Visual edits: Adjust typography, colors, spacing, and borders on individual elements.
- Design editor: Open a copy in the drag-and-drop editor for further editing.
How to Use It
- Go to Marketing > Emails.
- Click Create with AI.
- Describe your email or choose a suggested idea.
- Refine the result through chat, code view, visual edits, or the Design editor.
Before You Start
Keep your Brand Board up to date so Email AI uses your latest logo and colors. Switching to the Design editor creates a copy of the email, and the converted layout may differ slightly from the original.
