Email Domain Warm-Up is available in beta for dedicated sending domains in SMBcrm. It creates platform-managed mailboxes and gradually increases sending volume toward your chosen daily goal, without a third-party warm-up tool or SMTP credentials. Warm-up is free during the beta.
How warm-up works
Warm-up supports email reputation building within your SMBcrm communication workflows through threaded conversations and replies. Warm-up messages are marked as important and moved out of spam to help build reputation with Gmail, Outlook, and Yahoo.
- Adjustable daily goals: Choose a sending ceiling, such as 10,000 or 25,000 emails per day. Actual volume is not guaranteed.
- Separate warm-up mailboxes: Your contacts do not receive warm-up emails, and regular sending continues as normal.
- Domain support: Both agency-level and individual account domains are supported.
Monitor domain health
Each domain card shows a health score from 0 to 100, deliverability, and emails sent today against your goal. Select View report to review:
- SPF, DKIM, DMARC, and MX status.
- An inbox versus saved-from-spam chart.
- Details for each warm-up mailbox.
You can also edit a mailbox’s sender name. If DNS records appear red in the report, correct them first because they lower your health score and deliverability.
Get started
Your dedicated domain must be verified and have an issued SSL certificate. Beta access requires approval.
Once approved:
- Go to Settings → Email Services → Dedicated Domain and IP.
- Select Start warm-up.
- Choose your daily sending goal.
What to expect
Results take a day or two to appear. Seeing 0% or zero emails sent immediately after starting is expected.
You can pause or stop warm-up from the ⋯ menu on the domain card. Stopping early slows reputation building. While warm-up is enabled, the domain’s previous daily sending limit ramp is removed.
