GPT Image 2.5 Added to AI Image Workflows
GPT Image 2.5 is now available in the AI Image Generation action for SMBcrm workflows. This update adds two model options, Flare and Sunburst, so you can choose the best fit before generating an image.
This update is available inside SMBcrm automation workflows that use AI image generation.
What changed
The AI Image Generation action now includes two GPT Image 2.5 variants:
GPT Image 2.5 Flare
Flare is the default option for most use cases. It produces higher quality output than GPT Image 2 at up to 50% lower latency.
Use Flare for creator and social content, product visuals, visual search, quick prototyping, and high-volume generation.
GPT Image 2.5 Sunburst
Sunburst is designed for premium visual work that needs tighter control across edits.
Use Sunburst for campaign creative and polished product imagery.
How to use it
- Add the AI Image Generation action to your workflow.
- Open the model dropdown.
- Select GPT Image 2.5 Flare or GPT Image 2.5 Sunburst.
- Write your prompt and save.
Why it matters
Reference photos now carry further across generated variations. Subjects can stay recognizable across new settings, styles, and compositions, while lighting, textures, and distinctive features remain more consistent.
This helps keep image series anchored to the original source instead of drifting from image to image. You can also swap a single element, such as a product, background, or piece of copy, while keeping the subject, composition, and brand treatment intact.
For workflow-based content production, that means images can be re-versioned and localized without rebuilding every asset from scratch.
