Mobile Unsaved Changes Dialog for Invoices and Estimates
SMBcrm now adds a safer editing flow for invoices and estimates in the SMBcrm Mobile app. If you try to leave an invoice or estimate after making changes, you will see a confirmation dialog before exiting.
This helps reduce accidental data loss while working with payment documents on the go.
What changed
- Unsaved changes dialog: If you edit an invoice or estimate and try to exit, SMBcrm prompts you before leaving the editor.
- Save before exiting: Choose Save to keep your latest updates and close the editor.
- Discard when needed: Choose Discard to leave without saving edits you no longer want.
- Consistent protection: The same flow applies to both invoice and estimate editors.
- Cleaner exits: If no changes were made, you can exit without seeing a prompt.
How to use it
- Open an existing invoice or estimate in the SMBcrm Mobile app.
- Make your edits.
- Tap back or try to exit the editor.
- If there are unsaved changes, an Unsaved Changes dialog appears.
- Tap Save to save and exit, or tap Discard to exit without saving.
This update supports a more reliable mobile workflow for teams managing payments and commerce in SMBcrm.
