Quiz Conditional Logic Adds Score-Based Redirects

SMBcrm quizzes now support Redirect to URL conditional logic. You can send respondents to different destinations based on their answers and scores instead of always directing them to the default quiz results page.

Redirect Based on Quiz Scores

Along with the existing redirect conditions available in Forms and Surveys, quizzes support four score-specific fields:

Highest Category: Redirect based on the category in which a respondent scored highest.
Lowest Category: Redirect based on the category in which a respondent scored lowest.
Overall Score: Set conditions using the respondent’s total quiz score.
Category Score: Set conditions using the respondent’s score in a specific category.

For example, you can send high-scoring respondents to advanced learning materials, direct others to additional resources, or recommend products based on their highest-scoring category.

Set Up a Conditional Redirect

Open the quiz you want to configure in the quiz builder.
Open Conditional Logic.
Select Redirect to URL.
Configure conditions using quiz answers or the four score fields.
Enter the destination URL for respondents who meet those conditions.
Add different redirect rules to guide respondents to relevant destinations based on their results.

Redirect to URL is the first conditional logic type supported in quizzes. It lets you connect quiz outcomes to relevant landing pages, product pages, learning resources, or other next steps.
