Quiz Results Page Defaults Are Easier to Set
SMBcrm has expanded smart default value behavior on the Quiz Results Page. Previously limited to the call-to-action section, this behavior now also applies to:
- Individual Category section
- Category Score section
- Overall Score section
What Changed
- When you configure the first tier in a category, such as Low, relevant values automatically populate as defaults for the remaining tiers in that category.
- The preview now reflects changes in real time across all tiers, instead of being fixed to one tier.
- You can still customize individual tiers where different values are needed.
Why It Matters
This reduces repeated entry when setting up quiz result pages and helps make configuration faster and easier to review.
Existing conditional display behavior for CTAs remains unchanged. If required CTA fields such as Name or Link are left blank, the CTA button remains hidden while configured content still displays.
Score configuration mapping has also been improved. Overall Score and Category Score configurations now use Category ID and Tier ID instead of the tier label, which helps prevent tiers with the same name from overlapping.
How It Works
- Configure the first tier within a section, such as Low.
- Relevant values automatically populate across the remaining tiers in that category.
- Customize individual tiers only where needed.
- Save the quiz to apply changes.
Notes
- These enhancements apply automatically to all new quizzes.
- Existing quizzes must be re-saved for the updated behavior to take effect.
