SMBcrm now keeps single-service appointments in sync when a connected third-party calendar changes the event.
What changed
Previously, if a service appointment was rescheduled or canceled directly from a connected third-party calendar, the calendar event could update while the SMBcrm appointment record did not.
For single-service appointments, those changes now sync back to SMBcrm. A reschedule or cancellation made from a connected calendar updates the calendar event and the service appointment together.
Where the update appears
For single-service appointments, changes made from connected third-party calendars now appear correctly in:
- Calendar view
- Appointment list view
- Appointment details
How to use it
No setup is needed. For single-service appointments, reschedule or cancel from a connected third-party calendar, and the change syncs back automatically.
For multi-service appointments, direct changes made from third-party calendars are not yet synced back to the service appointment. Continue managing schedule changes for multi-service appointments inside SMBcrm to avoid mismatched appointment and calendar records.
Why it matters
This reduces double-booking risk when a single-service appointment is changed outside SMBcrm. It also keeps appointment times and statuses aligned across the calendar, appointment list, and appointment details.
