Verify Email Addresses During Contact Import

Verify email addresses during contact import in SMBcrm, track verification in Bulk Actions, and use status filters to organize valid and invalid contacts.

You can now verify email addresses as you import contacts into SMBcrm CRM. This helps you identify invalid addresses before sending email, keep contact lists clean, and protect your sender reputation without a separate verification step.

How to Verify During Import

  1. Go to Contacts > Import Contacts and set up your import as usual.
  2. On the final step, select the email verification checkbox.
  3. Start the import.
  4. Open Bulk Actions to track verification as its status changes from Processing to Completed.

Manage Verification Results

On the Contacts page, use the Email Verification Status filter to find valid and invalid contacts. Create Smart Lists to manage these groups separately and decide how to handle each group before sending email.
