Start a workflow when a new task matches your filters.

Build and test your workflow

In Automation → Workflows, test the destination and resulting task before publishing. For a new workflow, saving keeps it in draft until you choose to publish it.

Common questions

What is the difference between Task Added and Add Task?

Task Added is a trigger: it starts a workflow. Add Task is an action: it creates a task when a workflow reaches that step.

Does Ask AI apply changes immediately?

Ask AI presents proposed project changes for approval before applying them. Check the affected items and dates, approve the actions you want, and review its completion summary for any failures.

Does Project Management access include unlimited Ask AI usage?

No. Ask AI requires its own access and follows your account’s AI allowance or usage billing. Project Management availability does not make AI usage unlimited. See the AI coverage explanation for details.
