What Changed
- AI suggestions are generated automatically when a new contact message arrives.
- Suggested replies are prepared in the background instead of waiting for you to open the composer.
- A redesigned suggestion card makes it easier to review, edit, and send AI-assisted responses.
- You can accept a suggestion in one click or adjust it to match your voice.
- Suggestions remain drafts only. Nothing is sent automatically.

How It Works
- A contact sends a new message.
- Conversations AI starts preparing a suggested response in the background.
- When you open the conversation, the suggested reply is already waiting in the suggestion card.
- You can review, edit, rewrite, or send the suggestion when it looks right.
- If a newer message arrives, the suggestion refreshes so it stays relevant.

Why It Matters
This update reduces waiting and removes the need to manually trigger suggestions after opening a conversation. Your team still controls the final message, but AI can now help prepare a response earlier in the workflow.
