Build Email Sequences from One AI Prompt (Labs)

Email AI can build a complete email sequence from a description of your goal. This Labs feature creates the steps, sets the timing between them, and designs an email for each step using your Brand Board.

What’s included

This update to SMBcrm’s AI features helps you:

• Start with a prompt or suggested idea: Describe your goal, or choose an idea such as welcoming subscribers, re-engaging customers, or following up after a webinar.
• Set the basics: Answer questions about your audience, sender address, and start time.
• Review the complete sequence: See the steps and timing on the sequence canvas. Open any step to review its email, change the template, or adjust details.
• Control when sending begins: Nothing sends until you confirm the audience and start time. You can pause a sequence at any time to edit its steps.

How to create a sequence

1. Go to Marketing > Emails > Email sequences.
2. Select Create with AI.
3. Describe the sequence you want or choose a suggested idea.
4. Answer the questions about your audience, sender, and start time.
5. Review the steps on the canvas, then confirm to schedule the sequence.

For users managing email communication in SMBcrm, this reduces manual sequence setup while keeping review and scheduling decisions in your hands.
