Calendar AI helps users move from needing a calendar to setting up a booking calendar and confirming the setup with a test appointment.
With SMBcrm’s AI features, users can describe the calendar they need instead of choosing a calendar type manually. Calendar AI then recommends and creates the appropriate calendar through a guided setup flow.
What users can configure
During setup, users can:
- Describe their use case
- Add team members
- Configure availability
- Choose a meeting location
- Preview the booking calendar
- Book a test appointment after setup
- Ask questions or choose preset prompts to learn more about calendar capabilities
Planned troubleshooting support
SMBcrm also plans to extend Calendar AI to help with cases where a specific time slot is not appearing on a booking widget. The intended workflow is for Calendar AI to review the user’s calendar configuration, explain why the slot is unavailable, and identify what needs to change.
