With SMBcrm’s AI features, users can describe the calendar they need instead of choosing a calendar type manually. Calendar AI then recommends and creates the appropriate calendar through a guided setup flow.

- Ask questions or choose preset prompts to learn more about calendar capabilities
Planned troubleshooting support
SMBcrm also plans to extend Calendar AI to help with cases where a specific time slot is not appearing on a booking widget. The intended workflow is for Calendar AI to review the user’s calendar configuration, explain why the slot is unavailable, and identify what needs to change.
