Certificate AI Beta Adds Prompt-Based Design
Certificate AI Beta helps users start certificate creation with a simple prompt. Instead of building from a blank canvas, users can describe the certificate they want and generate a complete, editable design.
This update is available in SMBcrm AI features and supports certificate workflows in Memberships & Education.
What changed
Certificate AI Beta can now help create certificate designs from a written description. During setup, it may ask guided questions, such as the certificate orientation, to better understand the intended design.
Generated certificates can include Certificate Builder elements such as:
- Text
- Frames
- Signatures
- QR codes
- Other available certificate design elements
Editable in Certificate Builder
After the AI-generated certificate is created, users can continue customizing it directly in Certificate Builder. This keeps the workflow flexible while helping users get to a usable starting point faster.
Prompt ideas
Users can start with prompts for common certificate needs, including:
- Course completions
- Milestones
- Event participation
- Training recognition
How to access
Go to Memberships > Credentials, then describe the certificate you want to create.
Certificate AI is currently in Beta and will continue to be improved based on feedback.
