Conversations AI now uses an enhanced speech recognition engine for audio messages. This improves recognition of natural speech patterns, conversational language, accents, and pronunciation variations.
The update also improves performance when processing noisy or lower-quality audio recordings, helping support more consistent customer communication workflows.

Audio transcription now supports additional languages, including:

Audio processing also includes improvements for transcription edge cases, recovery from processing failures, reduced transcription interruptions, and more consistent voice-to-text performance across supported channels.
Availability
These enhancements are automatically available for users who have enabled Respond to Audio in their Bot Settings. No additional setup or configuration is required.
