Dashboard Widgets for Services and Rentals

SMBcrm now includes 22 additional widgets for reporting on appointment services and rentals in dashboards and custom reports.

What changed

Appointment service widgets

There are 11 widgets for service appointment reporting, including revenue, coupon performance, staff rankings, and account-level insights.

Rental widgets

There are 11 widgets for rental reporting, including rental revenue, inventory status, deposit collection, and booking lifecycle views for upcoming, active, overdue, and unconfirmed rentals.

Cleaner appointment reporting

Appointment Count by Service and Appointment Count by Service Category are now grouped under the Services area for easier navigation.

Appointment count widgets in the Meetings area now count meeting appointments only. Service and rental booking counts now have dedicated widgets under Services.

How to use the widgets

  1. Enable Services and Rentals in account calendar settings.
  2. Open the account Dashboard or Custom Reports builder.
  3. In the Appointments widget module, find the 37 available widgets, including the two relocated appointment count widgets.
  4. Add the service or rental widgets you need to monitor revenue, inventory, bookings, and coupon performance.

Why it matters

  • Revenue visibility: see which services, staff members, and rental listings are driving revenue.
  • Rental operations: track overdue, unconfirmed, upcoming, and active rentals without relying on separate manual checks.
  • Coupon reporting: review coupon redemptions, revenue impact, and top-performing codes.
  • Easier navigation: Meetings, Services, and Rentals reporting widgets are grouped more clearly as the widget library expands.

Notes

  • The 22 added widgets are also available in the quick filters panel and custom metrics.
  • The widgets are available to accounts with Calendar Appointment Services or Rentals enabled.
  • They are available in all supported languages.
