SMBcrm now supports GPT-6 Sol and GPT-6 Luna in the AI Agent action and GPT action for workflows. These models replace GPT-5.6 Sol and GPT-5.6 Luna.
What Changed
The updated models are available in the Model dropdown when configuring AI steps in workflow automation.
- GPT-6 Sol is designed for complex, multi-step agent tasks, business workflows that span multiple apps, and decisions that require careful reasoning. It makes roughly half as many factual mistakes as GPT-5.6 Sol.
- GPT-6 Luna is designed for fast, high-volume tasks such as classification, summaries, tagging, and quick replies. At higher effort settings, it matches GPT-5.6 Sol on factual accuracy at a fraction of the cost.
- Model selection is available in both the AI Agent action and the GPT action.
These updates extend SMBcrm AI features for teams using AI inside automated workflows.
How to Use the Updated Models
- Add or open an AI Agent action or GPT action in your workflow.
- Open the Model dropdown.
- Select GPT-6 Sol for complex tasks or GPT-6 Luna for fast, high-volume tasks.
- Save and publish your workflow.
Why It Matters
More accurate model output can reduce incorrect downstream actions, such as applying the wrong tag, routing a contact incorrectly, or generating an inaccurate reply.
Benchmark results cited for sales, marketing, support, and operations workflows show both GPT-6 models outperform their GPT-5.6 predecessors. GPT-6 Luna also delivers better results at up to 58 percent lower cost per task.
The models are also intended to produce clearer, tighter responses with less cleanup needed before generated content reaches customers.
