Pre-Send Spam Check is available on the email campaign send screen in SMBcrm. It reviews your campaign before sending and provides recommendations to help you address common spam risks.
What the Check Reviews
Results are organized into three tabs, each showing its recommendation count:
- Content: Checks your subject line and email body for spam-like phrases, scam patterns, excessive urgency, misleading guarantees, and unsubscribe wording. Recommendations identify the exact phrase to change or remove.
- Sender setup: Reviews your sender name, domain, and email configuration. Recommendations may include choosing a verified sending domain or aligning your sender email with it.
- Trust & reputation: Identifies links and other elements that may reduce mailbox providers’ trust in your email.
Each recommendation includes the detected issue, a High or Medium risk level, and a suggested fix. Address High risk items first, then run the check again.
How to Run a Spam Check
- Go to Marketing > Emails > Campaigns and create or open a campaign.
- Build your email, then click Send or schedule in the top-right corner.
- Fill in the sender name, sender domain, sender email, and subject line.
- Scroll to the bottom of the send screen and click Check now on the spam check banner.
- Review the recommendations, make changes, and click Check again.
What to Know Before Sending
Running the check does not send your email, and recommendations do not block sending. A clean result does not guarantee inbox placement: mailbox providers also consider engagement and list quality.
